Ingredients – Our cookies and cupcakes are handmade with care. Our ingredients are flour, butter, sugar, baking powder, salt, flavoring and FDA approved food coloring gel. Gluten-free cookies are made with either almond flour or other gluten-free flour instead of regular white flour.
Homemade – Our sugar cookies and cupcakes are homemade fresh with care. Each cookie is beautifully hand decorated with yummy royal icing. They are an excellent addition to your event or gathering and commonly used as party favors! Each cookie is individually sealed in a clear cellophane bag for safety and freshness, then boxed for shipping.
Nut Allergies – Please note our working kitchen is NOT a nut, soy, or gluten-free facility. However, we do offer gluten-free cookies using a gluten-free flour or almond flour. Please be aware in case you have any allergy concerns.
Shipping & Return Policies
Because our products are made to order per individuals specific request, we do not accept any returns.
If you have nut/gluten/soy allergies, please be aware that this is NOT at nut/soy/gluten free kitchen.
Packaging – Each cookie is beautifully hand decorated with yummy royal icing. Your cookies will be individually sealed in a clear cellophane bag for safety and freshness before boxed and prepped for shipping.
Shipping – We only accept and ship orders within the United States, using one of the major courier services such as USPS, UPS or FedEx, with tracking details. We take pride and care in packaging our cookies to prevent breakage during shipment; but we know sometimes things happen. We do not ship our cupcakes as they are too delicate for shipping.
Please know and understand once the cookies leave our kitchen, delivery is out of our control. Therefore, we cannot award refunds or credits for lost, stolen or damaged goods once it leaves our kitchen.
Shipping cost will be applied to all invoices. Invoices must be paid upon receipt, before we begin production of the cookies, and before they are shipped.
Estimated Arrival – The estimated delivery date is based on purchase date, recipients delivery address, product processing time, and shipping courier.
Approved Orders – After your order has been received/approved, and paid in full, it will take 3-5 days (depending on quantity) to prepare the order for shipment. Some cookie designs may take longer due to drying time for the icing.
Cancellations – Our products are made-to-order. Therefore, we cannot accept cancellations or refunds less than two weeks from the order/ship/pickup date or once production has started. If requesting a refund for a properly cancelled order, because of reasons outside our facility’s control, we will only be able to offer an 70% refund of the total amount paid by the customer. We are a small business, and this policy simply helps cover fees not reimbursed to our company if we issue a refund.
