What does it cost for a “Pop-up” tea party?

Our pricing is based on your tea party needs! When you get in touch, you’ll be able to view our packages, select your date, and pay your deposit. There is a $75 non-refundable deposit required (also known as cancellation fee).

How many people can fit per table?

On average, 2 guests for one table, 3-4 people for one round table, 6 people for two tables. Table selection may vary.

How much notice do you require to book a tea party?

We need at least 7 days notice. We will do our best to accommodate your desired date and location, however, please book as early as possible to secure your desired spot as they can go quickly!

Do you provide food and beverages?

No, however, we do provide a selection of green, white and black teas to choose from, and a complimentary bottle of water for each guest.

Are we able to customize our tea party and add specific items like more food or decor?

Somewhat, we are not currently serving food. However, we will do our best to accommodate your requests. Additional fees may apply.

How long do I get my tea party?

Your tea party is reserved for two hours. We will charge $50 per hour beyond the 2-hour time frame. If you would like to leave before your two hours are up, please contact your picnic coordinator.

What if I need assistance?

We’re here to assist! Your coordinator will be on-site the day of your tea party to resolve any issues right away. Please note that weather, crowds, and parking are out of our control.

Can I have my tea party outside of New Castle County?

We are currently only hosting tea parties in New Castle County and certain Dover and Middletown locations at our pre-selected locations which can be found in the list that will be provided via email.

What if I need to cancel?

You may cancel up to 48 hours before your event. However, once your tea party is confirmed, there is a $75 non-refundable deposit required (also known as cancellation fee).

Can I receive a refund?

There is a $75 non-refundable deposit required at time of booking. If full payment is made at time of booking, you will receive a refund minus the $75 non-refundable deposit (also known as cancellation fee).
